It is therefore recommended that all Bidders perform inspections. Failure to inspect item does not relieve bidder of responsibility of payment. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, or Discover. The items will close in the order listed on the website. This auction will feature automatic bid extension, which will grant a 1 minute extension to the end of the auction of any item receiving a bid during the last 1 minute. The item will close when 1 minute has elapsed without any bidding activity. All internet bids are treated as if they were given at a live auction. All Bidders will be held accountable for their internet bids. Your internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honoring them. Buyer Terms: 19% Buyer Premium, 4% Discount for ACH/Check or Bank Wire. Payment in full is due no later 3 business days after the close of the Auction. Invoices where Grand Totals exceed $10,000 USD must be paid via Bank Wire. The Removal Deadline for all items in this auction is 10 Calendar Days after the Auction Closes. Buyers will be subject to a storage fee of $40 per Calendar Day for equipment that is NOT REMOVED BY THE ANNOUNCED REMOVAL DEADLINE DATE. Any storage fees must be paid prior to removing items. Items that are not removed within 10 Calendar Days after the REMOVAL DEADLINE DATE will be considered abandoned and buyer will forfeit all rights to property without refund. Buyer must also pay all sales, export, use and other taxes due to any federal, state or local taxing authority as a result of Buyer's purchase, including without limitation, any taxes arising from any Buyer's Premium.
